A sports contest of the Southern Federal District teams took place on October 9-10. KubSAU fighters participated in this event. They competed for the title of the most athletic region with sportsmen from other Krasnodar universities. The Games were held in the glorious city of Rostov-on-Don.
According to the sports game results, the fighters won prizes in basketball, tug of war, and Ready for Labour and Defense competition. They also had wins at table tennis and men's chess championship.
Student teams of the Kuban took third place in the team competition.
