Sergey Farshanev, a correspondence department of mechanization faculty student got an international scholarship.
The names of scholarship winners were announced at the СLAAS Fund annual scholarship-giving ceremony. Within the terms of the contest only foreign students of agrarian and engineering faculties of universities other than Germany can get the scholarship. The total amount of the scholarship for grant-holders estimated 4500 EUR.
Sergey got the scholarship for his outstanding research paper. Other scholarship applicants were invited to the award ceremony where they were given an opportunity to make reports on their research works.
Helmut Сlaas’, CLAAS company founder andChairman of Fund Supervisory Board, scholarship was established for students studying engineering and business administration. Besides Sergey Farshanev, students of universities of Bulgaria, Great Britain, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Romania and Slovakia got CLAAS scholarship.
