On 21 October, a delegation of the Republic of Burundi consisting of nine members arrived at Kuban SAU. A business visit traditionally began with a study tour of the campus. The administration of the university together with representatives of the student activists told the guests about the advantages of studying at Agrarian University. Burundi citizens visited the innovative facilities of the university. They learnt a lot about the scientific achievements of Kuban State Agrarian University: the tour was held in the Centre of artificial climate and the laboratory of molecular and genetic research in the agro-industrial complex. Then the route led foreign colleagues to the Kuban SAU Rector’s office.

Head of the University Alexander Trubilin greeted the guests, in particular, Deo-Bede Mpfubusa, Head of the administration of the second Vice-President of the Republic of Burundi, Gaspard Banyankimbona, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Eduard Bizimana, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the African Republic to the Russian Federation, as well as Francois Havyarimana, Rector of the University of Burundi.

During the meeting with the administration of Agrarian University, visitors learnt about the resources of Kuban State Agrarian University and training programmes.
