Prospects of cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences CAH Vilentum (Dronten, The Netherlands) have been discussed at the Kuban State Agrarian University. Foreign delegates from the Netherlands presented to the students and lecturers information about the possibilities of dual degree for bachelors and masters, education and living conditions on campus.
Training programs in the Netherlands are focused on the practical application of knowledge and skills received at the university. Students get the chance to do an internship not only in the Netherlands, but also anywhere in the world. They can choose between different programs in horticulture, agribusiness international management and even rural areas management. And this is not everything they can choose from.
The participants of the international exchange program at the University of Applied Sciences CAH Vilentum must meet the following requirements: candidates must prove fluency in English with IELTS or TOEFL, be able to work in an international team and be motivated.
Professor Cornelis Cocks from Dronten told the audience about the achievements and prospects of precision farming and opportunities to get the education in this area. This direction is crucial for agriculture, and it is being developed in the Krasnodar region.
Specialists in precision farming are highly valued and highly needed in the market – that is what our Dutch partners emphasized.
