With more than 16,000 students from 47 countries of the world, 17 faculties, 81 departments, 2,500 staff members, and a modern educational complex with well-developed infrastructure Kuban State Agrarian University (Kuban SAU) is Russia’s largest and most prominent agrarian university.
Kuban SAU occupies 174 hectares that includes huge botanical garden.
The University campus consists of 22 academic and laboratory buildings, 21 dormitories for 8,500 students, modern sports complex with a swimming pool, tennis courts and an UEFA stadium, as well as medical and veterinary clinics.
International students are welcome to study Russian at the KubSAU Preparatory Faculty language courses.
The University has 2 research institutes, conducting various research activities, an artificial climate center, 2 profit generating training agro-enterprises, a testing station, a library with more than a million publications and five museums.

Migration Registration
According to the current Russian Migration Legislation, every foreign citizen and stateless person must get migration registration at a place of stay when arriving to the Russian Federation.
Temporary stay of foreign citizens who do not require Russian visa cannot exceed 90 days. In case a foreign citizen concludes an enrolment agreement his or hers period of temporary stay is prolonged for the period of the agreement duration, which cannot exceed one year starting from the arrival date.
Foreign prospective students and Preparation Department for Foreign Citizens attendees must get migration registration within a 3 days period after arrival at Center for Work with Foreign Students which is located at a scientific and laboratory building behind dormitory №17 room № 103.
To get Migration Registration prospective students need to have the following documents:
1) Passport and its copy
2) Migration card with arrival stamp and its copy
3) Document on providing Admission Board with documents for submission
Note Foreign prospective students and Preparation Department for Foreign Citizens attendees must have a detachable section of arrival note with Federal Migration Service stamp of registration during person’s stay in the Russian Federation.
